It’s going to be associated with Sacred Heart by the sounds of this article. Of course, the article has lots of bad, fear-mongering quotes….be forewarned.
It looks like the center will focus its support on children. But at least its a start.

This is from someone’s destin flickr set – this is from the jetties. Yes, this is what I left in FLA. I actually picked up the latest Boston Magazine, they had an article about winter get-aways- they basically cut off the panhandle. F those yankees! We don’t want them in the redneck riveria anyways.
I just wanna be home. With every ounce of my being. I can hear a song on the radio, and I just feel like I need to be home. Sometimes I’d go give anything to go back to being dirt-ass poor to be home. To smell the gulf. To eat crawfish and drink beer on Saturday afternoon at AJ’s. To go back to having all my beach gear in the back of my car. To sit on the beach when the sun is coming up, or going down…depending on what my schedule is. To be able to be near my nieces.
I’d give anything to be that girl still. It sucked being poor….but I feel like I am missing something now. Like being home.

There was going to be a state called Sequoyah . It was half of what is now Oklahoma.
cool story, via
We have a tree for a backyard now. And it isn’t our tree. Hopefully the insurance works it all out.
I think it took down a squirrel’s nest. Pictures soon.
Take a look at this video. It is of a wasp like insect that was guarding one of the holes on our steps (I can’t wait till they get redone!). We think it’s a cicada killer.
Brianna what do you think?
Also…since I am blogging….I made 9 half-pints plus one pint of chow chow (you put it on hot dogs and pinto beans. mmm mmm mmm!!!), and one quart of cauliflower went in the freezer. Yay. I also started moving plants before the construction starts on our steps.
